CubiEdu uses authenticated access, role separation, and audit workflows to protect school operations and user data.
Account Protection
Access to admin, teacher, accountant, librarian, transport, parent, and student areas is separated by role checks. Password reset and session-based authentication flows are used to protect account access.
Payment Status
Online school fee payment is not available in this release of the mobile app. The platform does not collect card, UPI, bank account, wallet, or live payment transaction details from parents or students in this release.
Operational Audit and Data Controls
The ERP maintains audit-oriented workflows for sensitive changes such as admissions, student records, attendance, staff operations, and compliance-sensitive actions. Schools can review activity logs and manage consent and data-export flows where enabled.
