Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to users of CubiEdu's ERP platform, including the website, admin portal, and mobile application.
Acceptance and Eligibility
By using this ERP platform, you agree to use it only for lawful school-related purposes. Parents, guardians, students, teachers, staff, and administrators must use accounts assigned or permitted by the school.
Accounts may be restricted, suspended, or revoked if misuse, unauthorized access, false information, or disruptive behavior is detected.
Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for ensuring that profile, contact, and identity information remains accurate.
The school may require password resets, account verification, or access reviews where security, audit, or compliance concerns arise.
Fees and Receipts
When enabled by a school, CubiEdu can open that school's hosted payment provider so a parent or eligible user can pay tuition and other school fees. These payments are for in-person education and related real-world school services; they do not unlock digital content or app functionality.
Card, UPI, bank, or wallet credentials are entered on the school's payment-provider checkout and are not stored by CubiEdu. CubiEdu records the school fee, gateway reference, verification status, refund status, and receipt needed for the school ledger.
Account and Data Deletion
Authenticated users can initiate account deletion from Privacy & Security in the CubiEdu mobile app. A verified request is completed within 30 days.
Login credentials, sessions, push tokens, and personal or user-generated data that is not required will be removed. Academic, financial, child-safety, dispute, and audit records may be retained where the school has a legal or institutional obligation to keep them.
Allowed and Prohibited Use
Users must not attempt unauthorized access, impersonation, scraping, disruption of services, false attendance entries, or misuse of student/staff information.
Any attempt to bypass role permissions, abuse messaging tools, upload harmful content, or interfere with system logs may result in immediate access restriction and further action by the school.
Service Availability and Liability
Reasonable efforts are made to keep the ERP available, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Temporary downtime may occur during maintenance, provider outages, internet issues, or security response activities.
The school and platform operators are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from user-side device issues, internet outages, incorrect data entered by users, or third-party messaging provider failures.
Support, Disputes, and Governing Use
For data correction requests, account issues, student record questions, or operational support, users should contact the school with the relevant student details and registered contact information.
These terms are intended to support school operations in India and should be read together with the Privacy Policy and other public policies published on this platform.
