CubiEdu delivers CubiEdu ERP services, notices, and student-related access digitally through the web portal and mobile application.
Nature of Delivery
This is a digital school ERP platform. No physical goods are shipped as part of notice delivery, timetable access, report-card access, attendance access, homework access, or account access workflows.
Payment Status
Online school fee payment is not available in this release of the mobile app. CubiEdu does not collect card, UPI, bank account, wallet, or live payment transaction details from parents or students in this release.
Access to School Records
Student-facing and parent-facing records such as attendance summaries, homework, notices, timetables, admit cards, and report cards are delivered digitally inside the authenticated platform.
Availability of each record depends on the school's publishing workflow, verification status, and role permissions.
ID Cards, Reports, and Downloads
Downloadable assets such as report cards, attendance summaries, admit cards, or printable ID cards are made available electronically. Users may download or print these documents where the school has enabled that feature.
Delays or Non-Delivery
Digital delivery may be delayed due to network issues, account permission issues, maintenance windows, or incomplete school configuration. If expected records are not visible, contact the school with the student details and registered contact information.
